The Artist Studios Residency at the Museum of Arts and Design (MAD) offers a community engagement and professional development program for contemporary artists and designers. The program, located on the sixth floor of MAD and open to the public, encourages visitors to meet artists-in-residence as they expand their creative practice. It includes a $15,000 stipend and dedicated studio space for the MAD Artist Fellow, as well as $5,200 for each Artist Resident with access to studio space. The residency provides additional paid public programming opportunities, mentorship, and engagement with the community.
