As customer service representative, you will assist patrons with purchasing single tickets and subscriptions over the phone, in person and via email, represent the box office during performances, provide outbound call support to sell subscriptions or raise money. You will make the first impression on our patrons and donors, representing the theatre with professional, courteous, and informed service. You’ll get to know some of our most ardent subscribers and theater lovers and why they’ve come to love Hartford. Candidates who speak English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
